Ylang Ylang Oil (Indonesian)

Ylang Ylang is a plant that grows wild in Asia and Central America. Ours comes from a friend’s land in Jakarta. It has a very uplifting aroma and is actually the base for many well-known perfumes, including the famed Chanel No. 5.

It’s known to stimulate the brain’s limbic system and is therefore an excellent relaxer. It also has some efficacy as an insect repellent and is known to help balance the scalp’s natural oils.
