Ginger Oil

Ginger oil, like turmeric, has a myriad of uses. First off, we’ve all had ginger ale to help with digestive issues. Ginger essential oil may also help simply by diffusing it and breathing it in, or by putting about 5 drops in the shower, running the hot water, and breathing in the steam.

Second, ginger is an excellent anti-inflammatory due to its high gingerol content. Dilute 3 drops of ginger oil in 1 ounce of carrier oil and rub it into the sore area.

It can also be used to help with scalp dryness by diluting it with coconut or jojoba carrier oil and massaging it into the scalp.
