Eucalyptus Globulus Oil

Our eucalyptus oil comes from a farm in San Diego, where, believe it or not, eucalyptus trees are abundant. It’s steam distilled and very potent. It’s excellent in a steam bath to help loosen mucus in your chest—only a few drops are necessary.

It’s also an excellent remedy for sore muscles. Dilute it with a carrier oil—any carrier oil will do—and rub it deeply into sore muscles.
